On [[Chronology|November 18, 1953]], [[Jacques Lacan|Lacan]]'s held his first public [[seminar]] was held at [[Sainte-Anne Hospital]] -- soon after the establishment of the ''[[Société Française de Psychanalyse]]'' ([[SFP]]).
It was addressed explicitly to fellow [[analyst]]s, as it concerned questions of [[psychoanalysis|psychoanalytic technique]] -- those of [[resistance]], [[transference]] and [[interpretation|therapeutic efficiency]] .
